Setting up a Shopify store is very time consuming and can be overwhelming and daunting. That's why we created this service. For business owners like you who simply:

- Don't have the time
- Don't have the patience or,
- Don't have the experience

WHAT WE WILL DO:
- Connect your Domain to Shopify
- Add photos, descriptions, and social sites to your store
- Add essential Shopify Apps to your store
- Add your first 10 listings to your store 
- Set up your Home Page, Collections, Terms of Service, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and FAQ's

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Photos, descriptions and product pricing
- Any promotional images you would like
- Social Media handles
- The completion of our Google Form for all the information we require. 
- Contact information including name of business, business address, business phone, business email, etc.
- Basic information on your store policies including shipping times, return options, terms of service, etc 

*** You are expected to provide this information in a timely manner. A delay on your part will cause a delay in the completion of the project and 525 Fiber and Designs will not be held responsible for client delays.*** 

TURNAROUND TIME: 
You can expect your website to be completely setup within 7-10 business days. However, this time may vary if you do not communicate and provide the information we require to complete your project.

If you have any questions during the process, please feel free to send an email or a direct message. We respond within a 2 hour timeframe during our Monday to Friday work day of 12p-5p est. Emails or messages sent outside of work hours will be replied to the following business day. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

You will be charged one flat fee to create and launch your Shopify Store.
That fee will include all of the aforementioned items. 
You are responsible for the monthly payment required by Shopify, 525 Fiber and Designs will not cover that cost for you. 

Any work needed completed outside or in addition to the aforementioned items will be billed to you at our standard rate of $25 per hour and payment will be due before the work begins. Failure to pay an emailed invoice in a timely manner will result in a delay in your project. Continued failure to pay will result in your dismissal as a client of 525 Fiber and Designs.

No refunds will be given.
